Responsibilities
 
1.    Acquire a thorough knowledge about marble, granite, ceramic and roof tile products to explain each product speciality to each customer.
2.    Acquire better understanding about Qatar market for marble, granite, ceramic and roof tile, and other products of Dehleez and identify potential business oppurtunities and assist in organization business growth.
3.    Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to hook the customer.
4.    Responsibility of identifying new clients and project and product requirements.
5.    Register all customer enquiries and follow up customer on behalf of the organization.
6.    Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs.
7.    Preparing list of stock material’s request, and special order.
8.    Preparing Quotations, design, and ideas to clients.
9.    Establish and follow organization’s customer handling policies and procedures.
10.  Responsible for price and terms and conditions finalization along with Sales and Marketing Director.
11.  Coordinate with Project Supervisors (Foreman) for precise measurement and estimation of projects.
12.  Collection of documented and signed drawings, specification, and contracts from customers.
13.  Coordinate with purchase and store in-charge for appropriate procurements as per product and project specifications.
14.  Coordinate with factory in-charge for the project execution and monitor all projects are being executed as per contract and project requirements.
15.  Deal with client for any further requirements related projects and keep them updated regarding project progress.
16.  Keep the management updated regarding project progress and payment status.
17.  Coordinate with accounts and finance department for the raising of invoices and payment collection in time.
18.  Address all customer complaints in coordination with production and project team and identify the rout cause of the issue and take corrective action and maintain records.
19.  Collect customer feedback and analysis it for further management system improvements and maintain appropriate records of customer feedbacks.
20.  Attend regular sales meetings and implement management decisions without delay.
21.  Coordinate with project team until successful completion of all projects.
22.  Follow up projects until guarantee period and take corrective actions as per the contractual requirements.
23.  Identify and implement action plans to achieve Sales and Marketing overall Objectives and Targets, especially monthly sales targets.
24.  Follow organization’s general management systems including other policies and procedures as approved by the management.
