We are looking for a competent and reliable Female Personal Secretary to join our team in Qatar. As a Female Personal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to our executives. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing and organizing executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
*Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters
*Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing necessary documentation
*Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents
*Maintaining confidential information with the utmost professionalism
*Conducting research and providing support for special projects as needed
