Description

Reputable group of companies is looking for Garment Production Supervisor for the following responsibilities:
 
·       Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in sewing, pressing, and inspecting garments .
·       Inspects work for adherence to specifications.
·       Train and supervise workers in assembly of new style garments.
·       Reviewing production schedules to determine whether they can be met by the factory’s current production capacity.
·       Notifies mechanic when machines malfunction.
·       Trains workers in assembly of new style garments.
·       To meet the target, supervisor need to monitor operators working pace, loading of works, lost time etc.
·       To oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
·       Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
·       Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, and company standards
 
Required Skills:
 
·       With minimum 5 Years working experienced in the same field.
·       With NOC and transferable visa
·       Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·       Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·       Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
·       Flexible to work long hours as required to meet project deadlines.
