Description

Result oriented inventory supervisor familiar with all aspects of logistics, Receiving and Dispatches and general
warehouse operation in the areas of Logistics, Inventory, Supply chain, warehousing and distribution.
establishing and implementing company policy and procedures to maintain efficient, safe, and optimized
warehouse operations. Good communication skill to interact with staff, team members, customers and
vendors, and all levels of the management.
Personal Info
Managing 15000 square ft of warehouse and maintaining inventory and storage of 5000 SKU’s which
include Food, Non-Food and electronics, furniture’s etc.
Report inventory balances and cycle counts in both the ERP and WMS systems.
Leading and Supervising 30 to 40 Warehouse Staff in receiving and delivering merchandise to Branches on
Daily activities.
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and IT equipment’s and office equipment (printer, Scanner,Paper
shredder machine, Xerox machine etc.)
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Coordinating with finance and commercial team international/Domestic vendors payment
Review various reports and take corrective Acton accordingly.
Complete control on movement of all inventory movement from Distribution Center.
Supervise warehouse operation of 10 separate location, monitoring product transfer to 60 + AlMeera
branches across Qatar to ascertain timely delivery and accuracy on quantity and Quality at time of
delivery.
Liaise with multiple vendors to coordinate and rectify variety of issues, maintain long term, profitable
partnership.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards, counting of materials and compliance with health and safety
regulations.
