In-depth technical knowledge of BMS IBMS Home Automation and Metering solutions Middot Well Knowledge of AutoCAD MS Vision Middot In-depth Knowledge of value engineering for estimating BMS EMS CMS systems Middot Design and estimation for PLC and home automation systems is an advantage
Experience - 5-6 Should have knowledge of BMS and fast learner Responsible for preparing BMS requirements of the project as per available documents in consultation with customer. Proactive interaction with customer during the estimation cycle for input, clarification and information required to deliver estimate within timeline. Quantity take-off from tender documents Preparation of sales technical submittals like data sheet, system architecture , Network risers, input/output list and Bill of quantities. Provide on site estimation support as on when required Qualification - BE in Electrical Application Deadline: Experience: BMS Knowledge: 5year (Preferred)
