Leading MEP Contractor in Qatar

required the following; Senior Project Manager - MEP

BTech/BE/BSC Degree (Electrical/Mechanical) Qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 15 yrs. MEP construction experience with the following skills. Should have experience in managing multiple projects and large project teams, possess sound record in project delivery with excellent cash flow & cost control management, resource planning, commercial & contractual review and control, procurement management, safety and quality control management. Lead and monitor negotiations with clients & consultants. Provide direction to site teams, subcontractors and other involved parties and ensure that quality standards are being met and project delivery on time within the budget. Adhere to legal regulations & safety procedures. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other disruptions. Prepare and present work progress and other management reports to the Senior Management.

Store in Charge

Store-in-Charge required with sound knowledge and at least 10 yrs of working experience in reputed organizations that follow ERP/Inventory Management Systems. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the central store and site stores. Main duties will include; Maintaining correct inventories, close coordination with sites and the purchasing department, producing management reports, receiving shipments, checking material deliveries against purchases orders, marking & labeling goods with the identification codes, maintain Bin Card and tools records. Notify and return any damaged items and make reports, keep inventory reports updated, and check stock balances. Implement company procedures applicable to the preservation and storage of materials. Manage site storekeepers. Target & task oriented. Knowledge & experience in handling MEP Materials would be

an advantage. Should posses high end administration, communication and negotiation skills,

Smart and professional appearance. Good command of English language

both written and spoken.
