Description

a.     Coordinating with the sales team and warehouse concerning actuate quantities and part numbers
 
b.     Manage orders and communicating with client’s inquiries and complaints
 
c.      Ensuring the accuracy and amounts or orders
 
d.     Track and Manage pending materials as reported by the procurement department
 
e.     Track orders by priority and ensure orders are completed by priority
 
f.       Respond to customers change of orders
 
g.     Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other sales related software
 
h.     Monitor Samples distributed to clients and track them
 
i.       Update orders on company software
 
Sales Duties:
 
j.       Perform sales, build relationships and expand our products to clients
