Description

Coordinates office activities to ensure work updates are consistently maintained and all correspondence promptly handled on the same day it is received.
Responds to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
Ensures inquiries are converted into confirmed business opportunities to up-sell are implemented.
Checks customer satisfaction and resolves any outstanding issues to ensure future business.
Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within respective market areas.
Promotes and produces sales leads when applicable.
Provides feedback to Operations and General Manager on changing marketing conditions, including trends in competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail in the market area. · Arranges meetings according.
Manages timely execution of events and related follow-up.
Maintains professional business confidentiality.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance to established company policies to achieve overall objectives of the position.
Takes charge of special requests and any problems that may arise within the department on a day-to-day basis.
Coordinates reservation requirements and liaise with respective departments.
Carries out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations and General Manager.
