URGENT REQUIREMENT - NIGHT AUDITOR
 
We’re looking for a smart and efficient Night Auditor to checking the day transactions, closing the day transactions an, balancing accounts from the day shift and running the night audit function in the hotel software.
Night Auditor responsibilities include reconciles all accounts, balance cash drawer and log receipts, processes invoices, investigate and resolve out of balance accounts, to maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, prepare forecasts and audits, to assist checking in guests & handling their requests and emergencies, preparing and forwarding relevant MIS reports etc. Ultimately, Night Auditor will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
 
Qualification & Experience
-        Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-        Experience with accounting and Hotel software (preferably in ‘IDSNEXT’ Software)
-        Excellent math and excel working skills,   Detail oriented,   Good problem-solving skills.
-        Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
-        Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-        Availability to work overnight.
 
Salary Package
Basic salary of QAR 1800 to 2200 + Accommodation + Transport + Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule
