Description

A grade A Contractor in the Marine and Oil & Gas industry are looking for the services of the following personnel for their New Contract. 
1. Project Manager,
2. Planning Engineer
3. Quantity Surveyor
4 HSE Coordinator,
5. HSE Officer 
6. QA/QC Manager
 
1. Project Manager
-Shall be a Graduate of Mechanical or Civil Engineering from recognized University and have a minimum with minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in leading industrial coating Project teams in Oil & Gas preferably in the GCC.
The candidate shall have good command of English language, both spoken and written
-Be able to demonstrate evidence of planning and organization, resource optimization, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, earned value management and ability to maintain high level communication with high profile clients. 
-Shall demonstrate experience in Contract Administration and Progress measurement, Project Control & Monitoring, Reporting & invoicing of payments
-The candidate shall be proficient in the use of MS Office and should be able to prepare and deliver professional presentations.  Possessing PMP Certification will be considered an advantage
 
2. PLANNING ENGINEER
-The ideal candidate Shall be a Graduate/Diploma holder from a recognized University. Shall have minimum of Five (05) years relevant experience in Oil and Gas industry in the same role.
-Demonstrate expertise in Primavera P3 and any other versions or any other planning packages,
-Demonstrate expertise in MS Office
3. Quantity Surveyor
-The Candidate shall hold Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years’ experience of Estimation & Quantification in Oil & Gas Projects.
-Should be able to communicate efficiently in English with Project Team & Reporting Manager
4. HSE Coordinator
Shall have:
-Minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to Safety in Oil and Gas industry and relevant HSE certifications such as from NEBOSH and IOSH.
-Good knowledge on principles and practices of industrial and construction safety,
-Good knowledge on methods of assessing safety hazards & controls, hazardous materials storage, and handling procedures,
-Good knowledge on preparedness and emergency response procedures,
-Skills on Incident accident investigation,
-Skill of giving safety induction/toolbox talks delivery
-Reports-writing skills and should be able communicate effectively in English (Writing & Reading) at all levels. 
-Proficient in the use of MS Office
5. HSE Officer:
-Shall have Minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to Safety in Oil and Gas industry and relevant HSE certifications such as from NEBOSH and IOSH
-be skilled in Job Hazard/Job Safety Analysis
-Be able to conduct HSE site inspections and initiate corrections and corrective actions for any discovered non-compliances.
-Be skilled in compiling Safety related reports and analysis
-Proficient in the use of MS Office
6. QA/QC Manager
-Shall be a Graduate with Degree Certificate from a recognized University.
-Shall have minimum Five (05) years in oil & Gas and industrial coating projects and minimum 8 Years’ experience as QA/QC Manager.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office
