Description

Grade A licensed engineer with minimum experience of 10 years
Able to handle the projects with Mechanical Design Requirements consisting of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting.
Conducting cooling Load calculation using HAP or Equivalent software.  
Conceptualization of system requirements based on project requirements.
Experience in mechanical systems and have thorough knowledge of international and local codes such as ASHRAE, QCD, ASHGHAL, KM,.etc
A successful track record of delivering detailed design drawings up to the highest international standards using AutoCAD.
Develop conceptual design and preliminary design documents, including calculations related to sizing and selecting optimal mechanical systems.
Develop final design deliverables, including drawings, specification, operation sequences, Control Logic, Schematics diagrams, Schedule of Equipment, and final construction documents.
