ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- the job involves 3 roles, our firm is Event management
Human Resource Assistant
·       Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
·       Processing requirements for new and onboard employees
·       Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees.
Event Coordinator
·       Manage events details such as location set-up, equipment, event material/handouts etc.
·       Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
·       Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
·       Provide staff requirements and coordinate their tasks
·       Develop and oversee the event flow.
·       Administering Pre and Post Events.
Administrative Officer
·       Accounting in QuickBooks,
·       Drafts and/or prepares a full range of materials such as emails, memorandums, reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting materials Manages busy and complex calendars, anticipating the need for and scheduling appointments.
·       Provides Executive support for a wide range of high-level meetings including provision of supporting papers and other meeting materials
·       Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
·       Answering telephone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and filing documents.
·       Coordinating all the procedures during Annual Audit.
·       Maintaining all kinds of Accounting procedures for the company.
