URGENTLY WANTED 
OPERATIONS MANAGER – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / REAL ESTATE
(OYYO REAL ESTATE - AN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 41001:2018 CERTIFIED COMPANY)
We have an immediate need for an Operations Manager to oversee our Property and Operations teams by closely working with General Manager. This is a great opportunity for a respectful, proactive individual with a collaborative working style. Successful candidate will assume responsibility for the overall management of internal and external property staff, tenant and client relations and building maintenance operations in support of optimizing clients’ asset values with a long-term focus on the sustainability of the buildings.
Qualification & Experience
Candidates having Engineering / MBA degree with proven ability to direct department activities; formulate and execute company-wide goals and objectives and assess achievement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain productive, long term relations with the clients, the tenants, trades and suppliers. High level of computer proficiency in MS Office, Valid Qatar Driving license, Arabic Communication etc would be an added advantage.
Salary Package
Basic salary of QAR 4000 to 6000 + Company Maintained Car  +  Performance Incentive (monthly payout) + Annual Benefits as per Qatar Labour Rule
