URGENTLY REQUIRED
A leading Medical Company in Qatar is
currently in need of:
CONTRACT ANALYST
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Legal related field of study
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrable experlence in the same
position
• Arabic speaker is an advantage
• Candidate with the immediate availability will be preferred
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts to attain achievable risk
levels
• Review proposals for changes in contract terms and contract
renewals
• Assist with the drafting responses to tenderers querles where
these specifically relate to contractual, commercial and financial
aspects contained in the tender documents, in line with the
client's policies and procedures
• Review company contracts, analysing all clauses, stipulations,
obligations and llabilitles to ensure they sult the company
• Prepare contract documents, incorporating the effect of all
negotiations, clarifications and qualification
• Review Interim applications for payment verifying accuracy and
compliance with the contract
• Lead external and Internal, coordination pertinent to claims,
dispute resolutlon
